摘  要:企业全程参与人才培养模式,是企业深度参与人才培养的各个环节中,将理论教学与生产实践有机结合的一种人才培养模式。具体介绍了该模式的优势,提出了增强其有效性的具体措施,为推进新时期食品类高校教学改革提供参考和借鉴。Enterprises' full involvement talent cultivation model is a kind of talent cultivation model which enterprises are deeply involved in all links of talent training and combine theory teaching with production practice. This paper mainly introduced the main characters during the process of practicing enterprises' full involvement talent cultivation model in food specialty and proposed corresponding measures to enhance the effectiveness,which could provide reference for current education and teaching reforms of college and universities.
