摘　　要：随着人才选拔模式的不断更新,高职院校的教学目标更加侧重于专业人才的技能培养。高职酒店管理专业在实践中积极探索专业实验室建设,虽然仍处于探索阶段,但是整体的教育方向性已经较为明朗。分析高职酒店管理专业实验室教学的意义、现状以及存在的问题,探讨高职酒店管理专业实验室的建设思路及管理措施,旨在为相关教育研究提供有效的参考。With the continuous updating of talent-selection mode, teaching objectives of higher vocational colleges begin to be put more emphasis on skills training of talents, in which hotel management major start to actively explore major laboratory construction in practice. Although it is in the exploratory stage, the general direction of education has been designed into certainty. The paper makes brief analysis aiming at the practical significance, current situation and existing problems in laboratory teaching of hotel management major among higher vocational colleges, and also discusses the construction thoughts and management measures of laboratory, which are intended to offer effective reference of educational administration to relevant educational researchers.
