摘  要:研究目的:为研究地铁曲线尖轨道岔的不可逾越速度,本文以地铁9号曲线尖轨道岔为例,基于轮轨接触几何算法和车辆-道岔系统耦合动力学仿真计算,在综合考虑车辆侧向过岔时的安全性及平稳性的基础上确定曲线尖轨道岔的不可逾越速度,以期为列车折返能力的提高和城际轨道交通道岔的设计提供技术支持与储备。研究结论:(1)在尖轨顶宽40 mm时标准LM车轮型面与轨道接触点分布已经过渡到尖轨上,而磨耗状态LM车轮型面与钢轨的接触点分布可能在基本轨上或者尖轨上,轮载过渡位置延后;(2)车辆过岔时主要以车体横向加速度为控制指标确定不可逾越速度,因此在地铁车辆运行过程中可对车辆横向加速度进行实时监测,作为车辆运行安全性和平稳性的监测指标;(3)标准LM车轮型面时地铁9号曲线尖轨道岔的不可逾越速度为50 km/h,磨耗状态LM车轮型面时9号曲线尖轨道岔的不可逾越速度为45 km/h;(4)通过提高地铁车辆ATP顶篷速度来提高ATO速度,可缩短发车时间间隔,提高列车运行速度和对运量的储备;(5)通过对地铁曲线尖轨道岔不可逾越速度的分析,可对地铁车辆运行安全性和平稳性进行监测,并针对列车行车间隔加密后可能引起折返能力不足的问题,为道岔提速研发提供理论支持。Research purposes: In order to analyze of the insurmountable speed of metro track curve split turnout,this paper takes Metro Track No. 9 curve turnout as an example. The insurmountable speed of split turnout was ascertained based on wheel rail contact geometry algorithm and the simulation of vehicle-turnout coupling system dynamic,and considerated the safety and stability of the vehicle side crossing,which expected to provide the technical support and reserve for the improvement of train return capacity and the design of turnout for intercity rail transit.Research conclusions:( 1) For the section with the top width of 40 mm,the contactpoints distribution of the standard wheel tread profile of LM has transferred to switch rail,but the worn wheel tread profile of LM distributed on basic rail or point rail,wheel load position transition delayed.( 2) The lateral acceleration of the car body is taken as the control index to determine the insurmountable speed when the vehicle crosses the turnout,therefore the lateral acceleration of the vehicle can be monitored in real time during the operation of the metro vehicle,as the monitoring index of vehicle safety and stability.( 3) The insurmountable speed of Metro Track No. 9 curve split turnout is 50 km/h with the standardwheel tread profile of LM and 45 km/h with the worn wheel tread profile of LM.( 4) Increasing the speed of ATO by improving the ATP ceiling speed can help to shorten the headway,improve the speed of the train and the volume of reserves.( 5) Through the analysis of the insurmountable speed of metro track curve split turnout,the safety and stability of metro vehicles can be monitored. Moreover,the problem of insufficient return ability may be caused when the interval of the train is encrypted,which can provide theoretical support for the speed improvement of the turnout.
