摘 要:临床教学是医学教育领域的重中之重,随着临床教学改革稳步推进,培养真正具有岗位胜任力和优秀职业素养的临床人才成为中医内科学临床教学最为关注的终点目标之一。本文从"以高效衔接理论与临床实践为导向""以培养自主学习能力为导向"、"以激发职业向往度为导向"三个视角,结合我院中医内科临床教学的实际工作与经验,探讨中医内科学临床教学发展思路。Clinical teaching has a significant position in the field of medical education. With the steady advance of clinical teaching reform, one of the ultimate goals which clinical teaching of internal medicine of TCM focuses on is how to cultivate clinical talents with post competency and excellent professional accomplishment. In this article, we 'll discuss clinical teaching development of internal medicine of TCM from " three orientations" combining with practical clinical teaching work and experience of our department. The " Three orientations" are as follows: efficiently connecting theory with clinical practice oriented, training independent learning ability oriented, and stimulating career yearning oriented.
