摘 要:本项目突出学生的"自主学习"教学理念,立足中医外科学后期临床教学基础,改革教学方法,创新教育技术,在中医外科学后期临床培养中借鉴CBL及PCMC等教学方法的优点,结合医学后期临床培养的特殊性,建立了"案例-问题-实践-考核"一体式教学模式在中医外科学后期临床能力培养中的应用,充分调动了学生学习积极性,提升了学生"自主学习"的能力,改革了后期临床考核方案,建立计算机无纸化考核系统及临床技能综合评价模式,使考核方式更加客观、真实,充分反映了学生的学习效果。项目实施以来收到了显著的教学效果并取得了良好的应用成果,为中医学培养了适应社会、素质强、能力高的优质医学人才。该项目成果荣获广西中医药大学第九届教学成果二等奖。This program highlighted the teaching philosophy of students' independent study, reformed teaching methods and innovated education technology based on sequential clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine surgery, and established the integrated teaching mode of case-problem-practice-assessment by referring to the advantages of CBL and PCMC teaching methods in sequential clinical cultivation of TCM surgery and combining with the specificity of sequential clinical cultivation. The application of new mode in the sequential clinical capacity cultivation of TCM surgery fully motivated students ' study initiatives, promoted their capacity in independent study, reformed the sequential clinical assessment protocols, and established computer paperless assessment system and clinical skill comprehensive assessment mode to make tests more objective and real to fully reflect students ' study effect. Since the implement of this program, excellent teaching efficiency and favorable application achievements have been obtained, thus providing outstanding socially adaptable medical talents with strong quality and proficient capacity. This program achievement has obtained the second prize of the 9 th teaching achievement held by Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine.
