摘　　要：在大力发展职业教育的今天,中职毕业生就业问题已成为当今社会密切关注的热点,特别受到学生家长的关注,因为这关系到学生今后的发展。笔者对中职生就业过程中出现的心理障碍进行分析,他们的就业心理受到社会、学校、家庭等多方面因素的影响,试图探索其解决办法和对策,帮助中职生解开心理困惑,调适就业心理,提高他们的就业心理素质,帮助中职生成功就业。Today,with the development of professional education,the problem of ＂where to go＂ among vocational school graduates has become a hotspot in society. It is particularly concerned by parents,because it concerns the future of students. Through the analysis of psychological disorders which happen in the process of obtaining jobs,the author come to the conclusion that many factors,such as society,schools,family and themselves,affect the mentality of vocational students in achieving employment. This thesis tries to offer solutions in order to help vocational students to get rid of psychological confusion and conflicts,improve their mental quality and achieving employment successfully.
