摘　　要：《食品营养学》是食品专业的核心学位课程,主要介绍食品营养学的基础理论及相关实用知识,该课程可为后续的专业课程的学习奠定良好的基础。针对该课程在我校具体教学活动中存在教学内容陈旧、考核方式单一等问题,提出构建《食品营养学》立体化教学模式,从多媒体课件的纵向延伸、立体化实验教材和课程考核方法的构建共三个方面进行改革,以期为提高该课程的教学质量提供理论参考。＂Food Nutriology＂,a degree programs belonged to Food Science,mainly introduced the basic theory and practical knowledge of food nutrition.The course can lay the good foundation for follow-up professional courses.Due to many questions such as obsolete teaching content and single assessment ways,we put forward the construction of the three-dimensional teaching material of ＂Food Nutriology＂,focused on the longitudinal extension of multimedia courseware,three-dimensional experimental teaching materials and the construction of course assessment method,and provided theoretical reference for improving the teaching quality.
