摘  要:作者以课程标准和考试大纲对高中英语听力测试的要求为基础, 依据邹申的听力测试理论、方法和试题编写原则从呈现形式、 平均语速、 话题、 技能和命题原则五个方面对 2014-2018 年全国卷 I听力测试在试题设计方面存在的问题进行定量与定性分析.结果发现: 听力材料话题贴近学生生活, 注重培养学生在听的过程中获取和处理信息能力, 客观选择题选项简洁明了等,整体符合高中英语听力测试要求.但依旧存在题型单一, 平均语速远远超出考试大纲要求, 话题较少关注科普、 历史与地理、 世界与环境, 听力材料缺乏一定的语言、 情境真实性等问题.基于此, 本文提出了今后英语听力测试试题命制和听力教学相关建议.This study is done based on curriculum standard and examination syllabus, combininglistening test theories, methods and test design principles proposed by Zou Shen. This study makesaquantitative and qualitative analysis on the design problems of the listening test of NMET volume I from 2014to 2018 from the mode of presentation, average speed, topic, skill and listening principles. The results showthat the topics of listening materials are close to students’life, the examination questions focus on cultivatingstudents’ability to acquire and deal with information in the course of listening, and the options of multiple-choice items are clear and concise, meeting the requirements of high school English listening test. However,the research results also show some listening problems that the average speed is far beyond the requirementsof the syllabus, the topics are less concerned about science, history and geography, world and environment.And listening materials lack of some truthfulness in language and situation etc. Based on these, this study putsforward some reference suggestions on the design of English listening test and senior high school Englishlistening teaching in the future.
