摘  要:利用响应面分析法对超高压提取山杏多酚的工艺进行了优化。在单因素试验基础上,选择料液比、乙醇浓度、提取压力为自变量,多酚提取率为响应值,考察各自变量及其交互作用对提取率的影响,同时获得二次多项式回归方程的预测模型。结果表明,最优提取条件为:料液比39mL/g,乙醇浓度68%,反应压力322MPa,此时条件下提取山杏多酚的得率为12.55%。High Pressure extraction of Armeniaca sibirica polyphenol were determined using response surface methodology.Base on the single factor investigation,the solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,extract pressure were studied with central composite design and their interaction in yeild of polyphenol extraction rate.The predictive polynomial equations model was developed by software.The results showed us that the optimal extraction conditions:solid-liquid ratio was 39 mL/g,ethanol concentration was 68%,ectract pressure was 322 Mpa.Base on these conditions,the extraction rate of polyphenol was up to 12.55%.This study aimed to extract Polyphenol From Malus Baccata by ultra high-pressure
