摘　　要：培养土建类专业学生可持续发展能力可以体现高职教育的"高等教育"特征,笔者从十个方面阐述了培养可持续发展能力的具体措施,十个具体措施结合专业人才培养方案来开展,措施详实、方法得当,对提高土建类专业学生可持续发展能力有明显作用。The cultivation of sustainable competence development for civil engineering majors can reflect the ＂higher education＂ characteristics of higher vocational education. The paper expounds the specific measures of cultivating the sustainable competence development from 11 aspects, and the 11 specific measures are carried out in combination with the professional talents training program. It can be seen that all these methods are practical, well-designed and obviously workable.
