摘  要:高职院校辅导员职业化发展仍然面临着准入机制不高、评价体系科学性不强、职业定位模糊以及辅导员职业认同感不强,难以产生职业归属感等现实困境。要通过制定具有较强针对性的干预策略,建立相应的激励机制,对切实推动高职院校辅导员的职业化发展有着积极意义。Promoting the protessionalization development of vocational college counselors is an important way to guarantee the ideological and political education of higher vocational students. It is helptul tor the cultivation of the values of the mainstream ideology of socialism in higher vocational colleges, and also in accordance with the practical needs of vocational college counselors" career planning. At present, the protessionalization development of counselors in higher vocational colleges is still tacing the ditticulties of poor access mechanism, vague career orientation, low scientific evaluation system and poor protessional identity of counselors, and it is difficult to create a sense of professional belonging. It is of positive significance to promote the protessionalization development of the counselors in vocational colleges through the establishment of a strong targeted intervention strategy and the establishment of the corresponding incentive mechanism.
