摘 要:师生冲突是师生双方由于需求、目标、价值观等方面的差异而发生的对立、分歧和相互干扰的动态过程。教师在冲突中的积极应对、对师生关系的努力维护、对潜在机会的辨识和把握,正是教师履行职业责任的体现。中职教师在师生关系中应做到正视教师应尽职责;坚守职业底线;培养学生理性;正视教育力量的有限性。Teacher-student clash is a dynamic process of opposition, disputes and mutual disturbance due to disparities in different needs, target, and outlook of value between teachers and students. Teachers' professional responsibilities can be embodied in the proactive response for teachers during clashes, the endeavoring maintenance for teacher-student relationships as well as the discerning and mastery of potential opportunities. Therefore, secondary vocational teachers should do well for the following points:holding positive attitudes towards the due responsibilities for teachers; upholding the bottom line; cultivating students' sense of rationality; taking positive attitudes towards the limits of education.
