摘  要:“教学做合一”是陶行知师范教育的核心概念,在实践中有非常具体的表现,对于当今高校的教师教育改革具有很大启示。江苏省T学院准确把握“教学做合一”的思想精髓,勇于探索和改革,学院的小学教育专业建立了完整的实践教学体系,全方位实现“教学做合一”;实行“4+1”跟岗见习,加强与小学联合办学;小学教师与师范生亦师亦友,“共学共教共做”,人才培养获得了高度评价和广泛认可。"Integration of teaching and practice" is the core concept of tao xingzhi's teacher education, which has a very specific performance in practice, and has great inspiration for the reform of teachers education in today's colleges and universities. T college of jiangsu province has accurately grasped the essence of "integration of teaching and practice" and is brave in exploration and reform.
