摘　　要：“教学做合一”是陶行知师范教育的核心概念，在实践中有非常具体的表现，对于当今高校的教师教育改革具有很大启示。江苏省T学院准确把握“教学做合一”的思想精髓，勇于探索和改革，学院的小学教育专业建立了完整的实践教学体系，全方位实现“教学做合一”；实行“4＋1”跟岗见习，加强与小学联合办学；小学教师与师范生亦师亦友，“共学共教共做”，人才培养获得了高度评价和广泛认可。＂Integration of teaching and practice＂ is the core concept of tao xingzhi＇s teacher education, which has a very specific performance in practice, and has great inspiration for the reform of teachers education in today＇s colleges and universities. T college of jiangsu province has accurately grasped the essence of ＂integration of teaching and practice＂ and is brave in exploration and reform. Implement ＂4＋1＂ with post internship, strengthen and primary school joint school; Primary school teachers and normal students are also teachers and friends, ＂co-learning and co-teaching＂, talent training has been highly evaluated and widely recognized.
