聚焦师范人才培养的“第二课堂成绩单”育人模式构建研究——以温州大学教师教育学院为例

摘　　要：习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中指出"建设教育强国是中华民族伟大复兴的基础工程,必须把教育事业放在优先位置,加快教育现代化,办好人民满意的教育。加强师德师风建设,培养高素质教师队伍,倡导全社会尊师重教。"由此可见,高度重视并认真分析高校师范人才培养的现实状况及存在的问题,探讨第二课堂成绩单在师范素养培育方面的育人模式构建亟待落实。温州大学教师教育学院通过实践探索,以《第二课堂学生学习指导手册》为抓手,在内容设置、活动方式、执行机制和评价反馈等四个方面进行师范类人才培养的第二课堂成绩单育人模式的实践探索,对其他高校推行"第二课堂成绩单"具有借鉴意义。In 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that,“strength-ening education is fundamental to our pursuit of national rejuvenation. We must give priority to education,further reform in educa-tion,speed up its modernization,and develop education that people are satisfied with. We will strength the professional ethics andcompetence of teachers,and encourage public respect for educators and public support for education.”Hence highly emphasizing andcarefully analyzing the present situation and issues of pedagogical personnel training in universities,and exploring how“Second-ClassTranscript”mode operates in pedagogical qualities training system are of great importance.Based on〈Second-Class Transcript StudentLearning Guidebook〉, Teacher Education College of Wenzhou University has been working on the“Second-Class Transcript”personneltraining mode from four perspectives： content design,working pattern,execution system and evaluation feedback,which is worthy ofreferenced by other universities implementing“Second-Class Transcript”mode.
