摘　　要：在现代学徒制试点实施中,"双导师"队伍是关系人才培养质量高低的重要条件.基于对"双导师"的内涵界定和现状分析,提出了现代学徒制"双导师"队伍的建设标准、选拔、培养、考核与激励机制,旨在为现代学徒制试点单位开展师资队伍建设提供有益借鉴.In the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system, the ＂double tutor＂ team is an important condition for cultivating the quality of talents. Based on the definition and the connotation of the ＂double tutor＂ current situation analysis, this paper proposes the modern apprenticeship ＂double tutor＂ team construction standards, selection, training, assessment and incentive mechanism, so as to provide beneficial reference to carry out the construction of teachers team at modern apprenticeship pilot units.
