摘　　要：会计专业具有较强的实践性,如何提高学生的实践能力,成为解决培养高技能型人才的关键问题,结合我院办学特色和地区实际经济情况,通过对毕业生进行问卷调查,拟制定更加科学合理的人才培养方案,加强会计专业教学改革力度,提高学生实践动手能力,使学生在今后能更快更好地适应工作要求。Owing to the strong practicality of accounting, how to improve student＇ s practical ability has become the key to solve the problem of training highly skilled talents. Combining the characteristics of our college and the actual economic situation of the region, this paper develops a more scientific and rational talent training program by a questionnaire survey of graduates to strengthen the reform of accounting professional teaching, improve student＇ s practical ability, and adapt to the future work requirements better.
