摘　　要：民族地区乡村幼儿园有其独特的地理和文化场域,它们所在社区对幼儿园教育的参与有助于幼儿的发展和民族文化的传承,具有促进民族教育事业和社会建设的双重功能。民族地区乡村幼儿园应建立并加强与社区的合作共育,为此应加大民族地区乡村幼儿园的开放度,激发社区居民的内源性参与动力;进一步完善师资队伍建设,提升教师专业素质;切实发挥政府的保障功能,为幼儿园与社区合作提供全方位的支持。Ethnic village kindergartens live in a kind of unique geographical and cultural environment. The participation of community can contribute to children＇s development and cultural inheritance. The cooperation between ethnic village kindergartens and community should motivate the community residents＇ participation through opening up the kindergarten, strengthening the quality of teachers and all-around support from the government.
