摘　　要：为适应人民群众美好生活向往对食品人才的创新要求,盐城工学院以提升学生创新能力为培养目标,在食品专业教学领域开展系统改革,从培养方案、教学内容、教师素质、实验室开放、课外科技创新活动等方面进行了探索与实践,提高了学生的专业竞争力。According to adapt to the people＇s life quality and the innovative quirements of food profession talents,Yancheng Institute of Technology aims to cultivate students＇ innovative ability,and caprofessionry out systematic re-form in the field of professional teaching. Reform includes the exploration and practice of training programs,teach-ing content,teacher＇s quality,laboratory opening,and innovation activities,all the above help students improvetheir professional competitiveness.
