摘　　要：§1 引言考虑二阶非线性具变系数的中立型时滞微分方程[x（t）-P（t）x（t-τ）]″=Q（t）f[x（t-r）],t≥t₀（1）其中τ】0,r】0为常数,P,Q∈C（t₀,∞）,R⁺),Some oscillation and linearized oscillation criteria are established for all bounded solutions of second order nonlinear neutral differential equations. Our conditions are“sharp”in the sense that when the coefficients P and Q are constatants and f(x)=x the conditions are also necessary。
