摘　　要：芒果产品生产过程中伴随产生很多副产物,主要有芒果叶、芒果皮、芒果核等。介绍了近年来芒果副产物的综合利用以及副产物中各种功能性物质的提取和利用的研究进展。证明芒果副产物的综合利用具有巨大的开发利用价值,市场前景广阔。A large amount of by-products are produced during mango product production, mainly including mango leaves, mango skin, mango nuclear and so on. The aim is to introduce the comprehensive utilization of mango by-products in recent years and the research progress on the extraction and utilization of various functional substances in by-products. So, the comprehensive utilization of mango byproducts proved to be of great value in exploitation and utilization and has a great market prospects.
