摘  要:为了解决制药专业课程教学、毕业教学环节与生产实际相脱节问题,运用工作室制教学模式,通过改造项目化课程,制定"天然植物有效成分分离与开发"课程标准,采用探究式教学形式,实行分对象、分阶段的全过程有效评价,达到高职工作室制教学模式培养目标,有效提升学生的职业素养和就业竞争力;相关教学成果反哺其他课程教学,工作室制教学模式在制药类专业课程教学中取得了较好的效果。To solve the problem of the disconnection between teaching, graduation design and production, the workshop system innovates the teaching practice of pharmaceutical courses. By means of reforming the project course, the course standard of the Separation and Development of the Natural Plants ' Effective Ingredients is devised. Through the adoption of inquiry, teaching and the establishment of two- way selection in students' learning system, we achieved the presupposed targets of workshop system in terms of talents cultivation and efficiently raise students' core vocational ability and employment competence. Taking the appraisal management system according to different stages and objects, we make the academic evaluation effective throughout the overall process. Workshop system in the teaching practice of pharmaceutical courses can adequately stimulate students ' initiative in practice learning.
