高职护理专业增设口腔护理方向的探索

摘　　要：我国普遍存在口腔卫生人力资源紧缺、口腔医师缺乏优秀专业口腔护士配合的现状,根据我国口腔诊疗特点、口腔护士工作特殊性及卫生事业发展的需要等,认为培养专业口腔护理人员很有必要,高职护理专业应以真正的岗位工作内容为指引,增设口腔护理方向,创建课程框架,建设优秀的师资队伍,设计能综合评估口腔护理专业学生的理论水平和操作能力的考核内容等,培养专业的口腔护士。There exists a severe shortage of oral nursing human I-sources and excellent professional oral nurses serving as a great hand to oral physicians. According to the characteristics of the dental and oral treatment, the working particularity and the needs of the development of health service, it is necessary to develop oral care professionals. The nursing major in higher vocational college should be guided by the real post responsibility, create the curriculum framework, accomplish the construction of excellent teachers, and design a comprehensive assessment of oral nursing students＇ theoretical level and operation ability. It is advisable to add oral care direction to c-ltivate professional dental nurses.
