摘　　要：文章报道某厂退休职工聚餐食用被副溶血性弧菌污染食品引起的食物中毒案例。经流行病学调查、卫生学调查、临床表现与血常规检测,以及采集进餐酒楼剩余食品与住院病人肛拭样培养,判定为食用被副溶血性弧菌污染食品引起的食物中毒。临床表现以呕吐、恶心、腹痛、腹泻为主,通过催吐、洗胃,抗生素治疗,纠正电解质、补液等对症治疗,治疗后中毒症状明显好转,3至6天后食物中毒者痊愈出院。该次食物中毒警示,夏秋季气候炎热,年老体弱者集体进餐者一旦食用生熟未分开而被致病微生物污染食品,极易引起食物中毒,建议各级有关部门要加大《食品安全法》宣传力度,广泛开展食品安全健康知识宣传活动,增强人们自我保护意识,杜绝类似食物中毒再次发生。The article reports a case of food poisoning caused by food contaminated by Vibrio parahaemolyticus when some retired workers dined together. At 11 o＇clock of September 24,2014,we received a suspected food poisoning epidemic report by a factory,immediately dispatched food hygiene inspection professional and technical personnel to the scene. After epidemiological investigation,hygiene survey,clinical manifestations and blood routine examination,as well as the collection of the leftovers and anal swab culture of inpatients,the food poisoning was identified to be caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus contaminated food. Six retired workers were poisoned,with clinical manifestations of vomiting,nausea,abdominal pain,and diarrhea. After vomiting,gastric lavage,antibiotic treatment,correction of electrolyte,rehydration and other symptomatic treatment,the symptoms of poisoning improved obviously. After 3 to 6 days,the patients with food poisoning recovered and were discharged from hospital. The case indicated that in summer and autumn,it was very likely for the old to be poisoned by contaminated food if the raw and cooked food was not separated. Thus,it is suggested that the relevant departments at all levels should increase the publicity of ＂ Food Safety Law＂ to enhance the awareness of self-protection of the public,in order to prevent the occurrence of similar food poisoning.
