摘  要:综述了国内外双低菜籽油主要营养健康功能研究进展,总结了双低菜籽油具有的降低总胆固醇、提高胰岛素敏感性和耐糖性、预防缺血性中风、促进婴幼儿大脑发育与预防老年认知和脑功能障碍、治疗神经系统紊乱、降低纤维蛋白原、有助减肥保护肌肉、抑制致癌剂DNA合成物形成降低致癌风险等营养功能,是营养健康的优质食用植物油。This paper reviewed research progress on nutritional functions of double-low rapeseed oil.Nutritional functions of double-low rapeseed oil were summarized including lowering total cholesterol,increasing insulin sensitivity and sugar tolerance,prevention of ischemic stroke,promoting infant brain development and prevention of elderly cognitive and brain dysfunction,treatment of disorders of the nervous system,decreasing fibrinogen,weight loss and muscle protection,inhibition of carcinogen DNA adducts to reduce the risk of cancer.
