摘  要:民族基础教育是新疆基础教育的重要组成部分,它的质量状况是检验和评价新疆民族基础教育发展水平的重要标准。而教师则是提升民族基础教育质量的关键因素。传统的基础教育理念已不能从根本上解释和解决教师所面临的现实困境,运用区别于基础教育的"新基础教育"理念为指导,针对当前新疆民族基础教育教师普遍存在的问题,重新审视教师发展的途径:提倡解放教师、树立学生立场、激发教师"生命自觉"意识。Ethnic elementary education is an important part of elementary education in Xinjiang, and its quality is an important benchmark to evaluate the development level of ethnic elementary education in Xinjiang. However, teachers are the key factor to improve the quality of ethnic elementary education. Facing the situation where the traditional theory of elementary education cannot solve the practical difficulties faced by teachers, the right way of aiming at the currently general problems in teachers involved in the elementary education in Xinjiang is to utilize the new basic education theory as the instruction, which is the one different from the elementary education in Xinjiang, and to re-examine the ways of development of teachers, which are : to advocate the liberation of teachers' thinking, to establish students stand and to motivate life consciousness of teachers.
