摘  要:近年来,小学英语学业质量评价存在的问题愈加突出。教师缺乏科学的评价理论作指导,评价方法陈旧,评价内容不全面,评价未起到应有的促进作用。教师应具有现代教育理念,掌握完备的英语知识体系,既要关注学生语言认知的发展,又要注重学生学习能力的提升和情感的养成,并不断创新评价方式,及时更新评价内容。教师对学生公平、公正的评价,是学生树立信心、勇往直前的动力。In recent years,there are more and more problems in the quality evaluation of basic English study.Teachers lack the scientific evaluation theory guidance,the evaluation method is old,the evaluation content is not comprehensive,and the evaluation does not play a proper role in promoting. Teachers should have a modern education concept and a complete knowledge system of English. Teachers should pay attention to not only the development of students' language cognition,but also the improvement of students' learning ability and the formation of emotions. They should also innovate the evaluation methods and update the evaluation content timely. Teachers' fair evaluation on students are the motivations for students to build confidence and move forward bravely.
