摘　　要：作为数字时代的产物,学习分析以教育领域数据为研究对象,通过挖掘其背后隐含的信息实现对教育的促进。当前学习分析研究主要集中在在线学习领域,但是学习本身发生在多样的环境中,学习过程更是涉及学习者的行为、心理、生理等多个层面,而当前的技术发展正为采集并分析学习者学习过程中多种模态的数据提供基础。基于此,本文从技术的视角讨论多模态数据环境下学习分析的发展趋向,梳理多模态学习分析的技术支撑,指出未来的学习分析应该利用脑电感应、眼动追踪等多模态生物识别技术收集个人层面的学习数据,结合教学技术工具中的系统日志、全方位课堂音视频录像等方式追踪学习者的学习和社交轨迹,全面剖析学习者的行为层、心理层和生理层数据,以期为进一步实现精准化的教与学提供有效支撑,并推进国家自然基金对学习分析与评估基础性研究的探索。Emerging in the digital age and centering on educational data, learning analytics contributes to learning outcomes through digging and harnessing information hidden in education. Current research in learning analytics focuses on the field of online learning despite the fact that learning occurs in a variety of environments, involving learners' behavior, psychology and physiology. Current technological developments are able to provide a basis for collecting and analyzing multimodal data in the learner.s learning process. In light of this affordance, this article adopts a technical approach to discussing new developments of learning analytics in a multimodal data environment, and exploring how data collection, processing and analysis can be conducted to promote analysis of learning in the multimodal data environment.It is argued that in the future, learning analytics should collect learning data at the individual level by means of multimodal biometrics such as EEG and eye tracking, track learning in combination with LMS logs and comprehensive audio and video recording in the classroom, and analyze the learner.s behavioral, psychological and physiological data in a comprehensive manner.
