摘 要:以"八月黄"黄桃果实为材料,用3%秸秆源品质改良因子对黄桃叶片进行采前喷施处理,研究其对采后黄桃果实抗病性及贮藏品质的的影响。结果表明:3%秸秆源品质改良因子采前处理可以降低接种灰霉黄桃果实的病斑面积及乙烯释放量,显著提高病程相关基因NPR1、PR1的表达量,激活抗病酶β-1,3-葡聚糖酶(GLU)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和几丁质酶(CHI)的活性,从而提高黄桃果实的抗病性。此外,3%秸秆源品质改良因子采前处理可显著提高果实中的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白的含量,从而改善果实的贮藏品质。‘August yellow' peach fruit was treated before harvest to study the effect of 3% stalk-derived quality modification factor on peach disease resistance and storage quality. The results showed that, 3% stalk-derived quality modification factor reduced the area of disease spot and ethylene production, enhanced the gene expression of NPR1(non-expressor of pathogenesis-related genes 1) and PR1(pathogenesis-related genes 1), increased enzyme activaty of GLU(β-1,3-glucanase), PAL(phenylalanine ammonialyase), PPO(polyphenol oxidase) and CHI(chitinase), thereby enhancing the disease resistance of peach fruit. In addition, 3% stalk-derived quality modification factor increased soluble protein and soluble sugar content, resulting in improved storage quality of peach fruit.
