摘　　要：校企合作是高职教育的必然选择,校企合作体制机制建设成为校企深度融合,互惠共赢、长效稳定的关键。文章从价值认同角度,基于高职校企合作多元主体价值诉求分析,提出价值认同的两个主要方面教育价值和文化价值,寻求价值认同路径的同时探索校企深度合作体制机制系统设计策略。School enterprise cooperation is the inevitable choice of higher vocational education. The construction of school enterprise cooperation system and mechanism is the key to the deep integration and mutual benefit and long-term stability of university and enterprise. From the point of view of value recognition and based on the anal- ysis of the multi subject value demand of higher vocational school enterprise cooperation, this paper puts forward two main aspects of value identification--educational value and cultural value, then seeks the path of value identification and explores the system design strategy of school enterprise deep cooperation system.
