摘　　要：实践教学是培养创新创业人才的重要路径,提升学生的就业创业能力关系民办高校的发展。民办高校学前教育专业实践教学存在很多问题如缺少双师型教师、实践教学基地同质化、实践教学体系不完善等,提出基于OBE理念的实践教学体系构建、校"园"合作共赢机制、打造双师双能型教师队伍等具体改革路径。Practical teaching is an important way to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and improve the employment and entrepreneurial ability of students of private colleges. There are many problems in the practice teaching of preschool education, such as the lack of dual-teachers, the homogenization of practical teaching bases, and the imperfect practice teaching system. The establishment of a practical teaching system based on the OBE concept and the cooperation and win-win mechanism, Create a specific reform path for the dual-skilled teacher team.
