摘　　要：对体育教学方法中的类比、联想、移植、逆向思维、因果分析等五种先进教学方法进行了阐述 ,为优化教学过程。A systematic study on all kinds of physical education methods has been made,and thus concluded that five methods among them,which are namely analogy,association,transplant,reversal thoughts,and causality analysis,can be used for the optimization of teaching and the improvement of teaching quality.
