摘　　要：从生产系统学观点来看,为课程设计作资料准备的职业分析,不仅要进行岗位工作能力分析,更要对一定生产组织形式提出适应性要求。课程设计方案应当符合处于发展水平"中间状态"的生产组织对人才岗位能力培养的需要。将适合我国机械制造业技术改造和生产组织形式变革的独立制造岛模式作为课程设计的主体目标,能够获得一个比较理想的课程方案。From the view of production systematics,professional analysis that prepared for teaching de-sign should not only analyses working abilities to particular jobs,but also points out the adaptable de-mands to the form of productive organization.The teaching design should gear to the needs that pro ductive organi zation in mid state demands to develop abilities to particular jobs.Putting AMT that suit to our tech-nological transformation and the formal change of productive organization as main goal will gain a perfect teaching design.
