摘　　要：一部儒家教育思想发展史即是儒家教育思想为适应不同时代需要的转换生成的历史。儒家教育思想对当今创新人才的培养在培养目标、教育内容、教育过程、师生关系的建构、教育方法等方面均有启发。如今 ,儒家教育思想的外部社会制度性制约环境已不复存在 ,人们对它的批判理性也日益增强 ,但儒家教育思想对创新人才培养的积极作用的发挥必须以应试教育模式的消除为前提。Confucian educational thought has.much enlightment to the innovative education ,especially when the feudalism no longer exists today .This paper probes into its enlightment to the innovative education mainly in the cultivation of ideal personality ,the completion of educational process ,the construction of democratic relation between the teacher and the student and the flexibility of teaching methods.
