摘　　要：通过分析秘书职业的素质要求 ,并结合我校秘书专业素质教育的实践 。By analyzing the quality requirements of the vocation as a secretary and combining the practice of quality education at our college, this paper makes a overall discussion on how to conduct the quality education of secretarial major.
