摘  要:在高校体制改革中,为加快高等医学教育事业的发展,我们对国内、外改革的现状进行调查研究,充分发挥综合大学优势,在合并中调整,在改革中发展医学教育,提高医学教育办学层次,充分利用教学资源,组建新的院系和中心实验室,提高办学效益,为创建国内一流综合性、研究性的大学,为培养创新人才作出更大贡献.In order to Accelerate the development of advanced medical education, we investigated the states of reform about advanced medical education in abroad and home. And we concluded: we should efficiently give play to the advantage of comprehensive university, adjust in mergence of schools, develop further the medical education teaching, construct a new series of institutions and laboratories, make good use of teaching resource and improve the benefit of university. If we doing so, we could contribute more to establish the first-class comprehensive university and culture more personnel with creative Ability in our university.
