高职院校校园文化与企业文化的交融

摘　　要：以高职院校办学方针、服务宗旨为指导,以现代校园文化、企业文化的理论为基础,阐述了校园文化与企业文化的内涵和相互关联,以及在"大力发展职业教育"新形势、新要求下,加快有机交融的意义、作用、途径。提出了校企合作,学校主导,完善机制,依靠主体,构建平台,吸收创新的思路和"八个加"理念。With educational policies and service tenet as its guideline,based on theories about campus culture and enterprise culture,this paper elaborates on the connotation and relationship of campus culture and enterprise culture,and then the significance,functions and ways of improvement of integration of the two aspects under the new circumstances of 'vigorous development of vocational education'.Some constructive measures are put forward including cooperation between universities and enterprises,university orientation,mechanism improvement,dependence on universities,platform construction,and absorption of innovative ideas.
