摘　　要：李斯特菌是一种能引起人兽共患性食源性致病菌之一。近年来,在许多国家,它被列为卫生部门重点检测的几种食源性致病菌之一。本文综述了李斯特菌的生理生化特征及运用免疫学和分子生物学对其快速检测的方法。Listeria is one of the foodbom disease bacteria that can be found in human and animals. Recently, in many countries, it has been listed as one of foodborn disease bacteria by Sanitation Department for hygienic detections. This article summarizes the physiological and biochemical character of listeria and the rapid detections basing on immunology and molecular biology to detect it.
