摘　　要：1998年模拟电路被评为山东大学优秀重点课程 ,经过几年的努力 ,我们在课程建设中取得了一定的成果。本文主要介绍在课程建设相关方面 (师资建设 ,教材建设 ,教学改革 )所做的工作以及成功的经验 ,并且指出在课程建设和教学改革中的一些存在问题。The analog electronic circuits was selected as one of the key and excellent courses in 1998 by Shandong Univeristy. By our efforts of recent years, some achievements were obtained in constructing this course. In this paper, the successful experience in team and textbook construction of this course, and teaching reformation are introduced and the problems in the course constructing and reformation are also discussed.
