摘　　要：培养复合型人才 ,加强学科内、学科间综合联系 ,是当前教学改革的趋势 .在师范院校加强教法课程改革 ,培养学生的创新能力为高师生将来从事教育工作奠定基础 。The reform in educational system calls for training persons of multiple abilities. It is the trend of reform in teaching to combine teaching with education for higher quality, to train the ability of making innovations and to tighten up the internal and external comprehensive relations of the subject. In teachers'colleges, it is imperative to deepen reform in teachhing methods and lay a foundation of being engaged in teaching in the future for all the college students.
