摘  要:对10所高职院校426名专业教师和2,937名高年级学生的调查结果显示:领导的素质和能力、教学管理制度、人才培养方案的科学性和合理性、教学激励机制、实训实验条件、实习机会等管理与条件因素对教学质量有着显著影响,而师生对本专业教学管理制度、教学激励机制、实训实验条件、实习机会的满意率不高。对此,高职院校应着手完善教学管理制度和教学激励机制,进一步加强实习和实训基地建设。According to a questionnaire survey on 426 professional teachers and 2,937 senior students of 10 higher vocational colleges, we find that the leaders' qualities and abilities, teaching management system, science and rationality of talent training plan, teachers' teaching incentive mechanism, conditions of practical training and experiment, practice opportunity, contributed significantly to teaching quality,but the teachers and students' satisfaction rates of teaching management system, teaching incentive mechanism, conditions of practical training and experiment, practice opportunity are not high. To this point, we should perfect teaching management system and teaching incentive mechanism, further strengthen practice and training base construction.
