摘  要:南疆喀什地区是少数民族聚集地,该地普遍存在着轻视职业技术教育,片面强调普通教育和升学率的倾向,课程设置和教学方式脱离少数民族地区生产与生活实际。而现实是,除少数学生升学外,大部分学生面临着要回到原来的地区从事农业生产活动,这种以普通教育为主的教育模式,使他们不可能具有发展地方经济所需要的知识和技能。因此,经过实地调研发现:南疆地区应该根据少数民族地区社会经济发展的实际需要,大力发展适合当地经济发展的职业教育的专业和技能培训,这是南疆民族地区经济实现自主长久发展的重要保证。Kashi District,Xinjiang is minority gathering places,the widespread contempt for Vocational and technicaleducation,one-sided emphasis on the tendency of ordinary education and graduation rates,curriculum and teachingmethods from the minority area production and real life. But the reality is that,in addition to a small number of studentsentering a higher school,the majority of students facing to return to the original area to engage in agricultural productionactivities,this kind of general education based mode of education,so that they may not have the knowledge and skillsneeded for the development of local economy. Therefore,after investigation found that:southern regions should be theaccording to the actual needs of the social and economic development in the minority areas,vigorously develop the suitablefor local Occupation education economic development and professional skills training,which is an important guaranteeof economic autonomy in ethnic minority areas in long-termdevelopment.
