摘 要:深化高等教育改革的背景下,研究性教学是培养工科创新型和应用型人才的有效途径。分析研究性教学模式的基础上,对工科研究性教学现状、研究性教学途径进行了探讨和总结。针对工科专业的特点,从研究性教学的保障体系,教学方式和课堂教学内容的选择,实践研究性教学,创新活动平台和考核方式等方面进行研究实践。教学实践表明,研究性教学能有效的提高学生学习自主性和参与性,符合工科专业培养综合应用和创新能力素质人才的目标。Research teaching is an effective way to cultivate engineering innovative and applied talents under the background of the reform of higher education. Based on the analysis of research teaching mode, the situations and ways were discussed and summarized. For the characteristics of engineering professional, the guarantee system, teaching methods and contents, practice research teaching, the innovation activities platform and evaluation were researched and practiced in this paper. Teaching practice shows that research teaching can effectively improve the students' self-study ability and participation, with the talent goal for training comprehensive application and innovation ability are consistent.
