地方本科院校教师扎根实践促转型的探索——以龙岩学院教师扎根地方农产品加工产业实践为例

摘　　要：教师扎根实践是实现地方本科院校向应用技术型转变的重要方面,以龙岩学院教师扎根地方农产品加工产业实践为例,探索地方本科院校教师通过扎根实践促进学校向应用技术型转型的意义和做法。教师通过扎根实践强化了应用实践能力,实现了自身素质、教学观、教学内容、教学模式、教学方法和评价方式等六个方面的转变,从而促进了学校的转型发展。为了促进教师扎根实践,学校应出台相关政策,帮助搭建平台,加大扶持力度,教师要以团队方式扎根实践,增强实践效果,同时,积极争取政府资金和政策支持,保障教师扎根实践的顺利进行。This paper tries to study the issue concerning how teachers should promote the transformation in application-oriented universities by taking a case of agricultural products processing industry in Longyan. The results show that teachers5 taking root in the practice is the very important; through the practice teachers can strengthen their practical ability, achieve the six transformations and then promote the transformation of local universities. In order to advance the teachers’ taking root in the practice, local universities should introduce encouraging policies and help the teachers build platforms, while the teachers should form or join in a certain research team and the government should give support for them.
