摘  要:从教育均衡发展的视角出发,对民族地区县域内教师资源均衡发展问题进行研究。以CH县全部在岗中小学教师作为研究对象,以师生比、流动性、年龄、性别、学历等作为维度进行数据统计,结果表明目前CH县师资主要存在以下问题:数量不足;稳定性差;年龄结构不尽合理;性别比例失调;学历偏低。在对CH县师资问题产生的原因分析的基础上,有针对性地从设立特殊津贴、推行教师轮岗制、合理配置教师资源、改善当地家长观念、因地制宜打造民族特色学校5个层面,提出促进CH县基础教育师资均衡配置的对策。From the perspective of the balanced development of education,this paper studies the problem of balanced developmentof teacher resources.By choosing teachers of primary and secondary school in CH county as the research object,found the**County’steachers mainly exist the following problems:first,the insufficient number of teachers;second,poor stability of teachers;third,teacher'sage structure is irrational;fourth,teacher gender imbalance;fifth,teachers degree low.The CH County teacher allocation disequilibriumreason analysis,aiming to from the establishment of the special allowance,promote teacher rotation system,the rational allocation ofteacher resources,improve local parents idea,adjust measures to local conditions to build five levels of ethnic characteristics of theschool,and puts forward countermeasures to promote the CH County Elementary education balanced allocation of teachers.
