摘  要:基于现代学徒制的校企合作模式,是高职院校职业教育与传统学徒制紧密融合的产物。高职院校十分重视校企合作,将人才培养与基于现代学徒制的校企合作相结合,积极探索校企合作与现代学徒制的对策,但在实践中存在政策法规不完善、财政投入不足以及企业参与动力不足等方面问题。深入推进基于现代学徒制的校企合作,需要完善法律法规,建立行业职业教育教学指导委员会,构建有约束的企业利益保障机制,完善开放式运行保障机制。The mode of school and enterprise cooperation on basis of modern apprenticeship system is the production of the integration of vocational education and traditional apprenticeship in Higher Vocational colleges.Higher Vocational colleges attach great importance to school and enterprise cooperation.Combining personnel training with the modern apprenticeship system based on school and enterprise cooperation,they explore cooperation with the modern apprenticeship countermeasures actively.But the existing policies and regulations is not perfect.The colleges usually lack of financial investment,and enterprises unwillingly participate in the program so on and so forth.To further promote the cooperation of the modern apprenticeship,there needs to improve laws and regulations,to establish a steering committee,to construct a constraint enterprises interest guarding mechanism,and to improve the open operation guarantee mechanism.
