摘  要:卓越教师的培养对于各阶段教育质量的提高有着至高的战略意义,然而也对高等院校师范专业的人才培养提出了严峻且亟待解决的问题:如何整合利用各级各类教育资源,为师范人才的卓越化培养做出应有的努力。"教师教育共同体"的建设便是这个问题的答案。成都大学成功地整合了国内外各级各类教育资源,为师范人才的培养提供了高质量的综合性平台,为地方师资队伍质量的提高起到了强大的推动作用,力保"卓越人才计划"的落实。The cultivation of outstanding teachers is strategic important for the improvement of education quality ineach education stage.But it also put forward serious problems to talents training of teacher professionals in colleges anduniversities to be solved:how to integrate used to all kinds of education resources at all levels and types,to make dueefforts for the excellent cultivating for teacher professional talents.The construction of the"Community of Education forTeachers"is the answer to this question.Chengdu University successfully integrates various and of all kinds of educationresources at home and abroad,provides a high-quality-training of comprehensive platform,for the improvement ofteachers quality,to ensure the implementation of the"Outstanding Talent Project".
