新课改背景下提高师范生教学技能训练的有效途径

摘　　要：随着我国的新课程改革不断深入,基础教育的整体质量得到了明显的提升。按照我国教育部的要求,要注重对师范生的职业基本技能的训练,培养师范生的职业能力,在这个理念的引领之下,我们要采用有效的手段和方法,提高师范生的教学技能。针对师范生教学技能训练中存在的问题,进行详细而全面的分析,不断地提升师范生的教学技能,使之不仅具备系统的专业知识,还具有娴熟的教学技能,成为具有专业化标准的师资队伍。With the deepening of the new curriculum reform inChina,the overall quality of basic education has been significantlyimproved.In accordance with the requirements of ourMinistry of Education,we should pay attention to the training ofthe basic skills of normal university students,and cultivate theprofessional ability of them.Under the guidance of this concept,we should adopt effective means and methods to improve theteaching skills of normal university students.In order to solve theproblems existing in the teaching skills training of normal universitystudents,we will carry out detailed and comprehensive analysisto improve the teaching skills of normal university students,so that they not only have systematic professional knowledge,butalso have accomplished teaching skills,thus becoming teacherswith specialized standards.
