摘　　要：广东松山职业技术学院与大型国企开启人才培养的战略合作,探索"校企一体化"的合作体制机制,通过毕业前雇佣学生来探索"现代学徒制",在实践中,存在诸多问题,构建以"协同育人平台"为基础的"现代学徒制"运行机制,创建人才培养体系机制体制动力模型,实现多路径"现代学徒制"在"协同育人平台"上的融通。With the large state-owned enterprises open strategic cooperation training,we explore the"school enterpriseintegration"cooperation mechanism,to develop the"modern apprenticeship"by hiring students before graduation.In practice,there are many problems.To construct the"cooperative education platform"based on"modern apprenticeship"operatingmechanism,create talent the system dynamic model of training system,to achieve the financing path"modern apprenticeship"inthe"cooperative education platform".
