摘  要:构建一个高职院校教师教学质量评价模型,该模型的评价主体包括学生、同行、专家督导,模型的指标涵盖教学态度、教学内容、教学方法、教学效果四个方面。并以层次分析法为依据,提供了一种计算教师教学质量评价指标权重的方法:首先向专家发放调查问卷,得到专家反馈的判断矩阵;然后对判断矩阵进行计算,得到权重向量;为避免较大误差,对权重向量进行一致性检验;重复前面步骤直至一致性检验满意为止。This paper constructs a model of teaching quality evaluation of teachers in higher vocationalcolleges.In the model,the subjects of the evaluation include students,colleagues and experts.Index ofmodel contains four aspects:teaching attitude,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching effects.On this basis,the paper provides a method of teacher's teaching quality evaluation index weight calculationby using Analytic Hierarchy Process.Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process,this paper provides amethod to calculate the weight of teachers’teaching quality evaluation index:First,send the questionnaireto the experts and then get the judgment matrix provided by the experts;then,the judgment matrix iscalculated to obtain the weight vector;in order to avoid the relatively large error,the weight vector is testedfor consistency;repeat these steps until the consistency check is satisfactory.
