摘　　要：对高职院校教师"课堂教学行为"的内涵进行了归纳,将其分为前期准备、上课行为、教学效果三部分,并结合广东水利电力职业技术学院某系教师课堂教学监控资料,进行了较为详细的分析和探讨。研究数据和结果可为高职院校决策部门进一步深化研究高职院校教师课堂教学行为,全面提升教学质量,提供科学的参考依据。In this paper,the connotation of class teaching behaviors of teachers in higher vocational colleges isdiscussed.The class teaching behaviors can be divided into three phases:preparation,teaching behavior and teachingeffect.This paper makes a detailed analysis and discussion on the teaching behavior of a teacher of GuangdongPolytechnic of Water Resources and Electric Engineering.The research data and results can provide a scientificreference for the further study of Higher Vocational Colleges to research teachers'teaching behavior and improveoverall teaching quality.
